Problem
Collected about 15 links on 1688, but had no Chinese language skills, no RMB payment method, and wiring each supplier separately would be chaotic and risky.
What we did
- Verified each supplier, removed those with weak ratings, clarified specs and tiered pricing in Chinese, and consolidated everything into one English quotation sheet.
- Requested samples from selected suppliers, compared them in our Yiwu office, and shipped all approved items together to the US.
- Placed the first bulk order with three suppliers, paid in RMB on the client’s behalf, followed production, ran pre-shipment checks, and combined everything into one FBA shipment.
Result
The seller avoided opening Chinese payment accounts, received consistent samples and bulk goods, and launched ~20 SKUs from 3 suppliers in one consolidated shipment with clear documentation.
